We work hard to create and share thoughtful organizing content that we think will be helpful to our community. However, there’s a chance you aren’t seeing our messages due to email filters & social media algorithms. To ensure you receive our messages, below are some simple steps to follow:
How to Make Sure You Receive Our Emails
Email providers are making it more and more difficult for you to see our emails in your inbox by automatically sending them to spam or promotional folders. To make sure you receive our emails in your inbox, follow the steps below:
If you use Gmail, here is a video with instructions on how to see our emails:

If you receive email on a mobile device, please add “help@alejandra.tv” to your contacts list. Here are instructions on how to do this.
If you still don’t see our emails in your inbox, please try the following:
✓ Check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folders
✓ Send an email to help@alejandra.tv
How to Make Sure You See Our Facebook Posts
Only ~10% of our Facebook community is seeing our Facebook posts due to Facebook’s algorithm changes. That said, if you’re part of the ~90% of people that aren’t seeing our posts, here are instructions to make sure you see our messages:
Step 1:
Go to my Facebook page (if haven’t already “liked” the page, be sure to “like” the page). Tap the “Following” drop-down button next to the “Liked” button.
Step 2:
Select “See First” in your news feed and make sure Notifications are on.
This will ensure you see our posts in your Facebook feed so you don’t miss out on any organizing tips, updates, and special offers.
How to Make Sure You See New YouTube Video Notifications
Due to YouTube’s algorithm changes, there’s a chance you aren’t getting notified of new videos posted to our channel. Here are instructions to make sure you receive notifications when I post a new video:
Step 1:
Go to my YouTube channel.
Step 2:
Tap the “Subscribe” button if you haven’t already.
Step 3:
Tap the bell icon next to the Subscribe button to be notified of new videos.
This will ensure you receive notifications on YouTube and in the YouTube app whenever I post a new organizing video.
