These are the labels I have on my food storage bins in the kitchen. They don’t peel off when washed and the actual label is erasable which means you can use them over and over and over!
I have this on my fridge and I still use it pretty much every time I cook or bake. Thanks to this magnet that’s been on my fridge for years, I finally now have memorized that there are 3 tsp in 1 tbsp!
I absolutely hate the boxes teabags come in (so flimsy and non-stackable). This teabag organizer is awesome, it can fit almost 100 teabags (see video below) and the container itself is stackable and easy to open/close.
VIDEO: Teabag Organizer
The double shelf I use inside my kitchen cabinets has been discontinued (not sure why since it was the best one), however, this double shelf seems to have replaced the older version. I can’t speak to the quality but I’m sure it works just as well.
VIDEO: Exclusive Home Tour
These are my favorite air-tight containers perfect for storing dry goods such as flour and sugar. Everything about them is phenomenal; the lid, the container, the durability, the ability to stack, etc. They come is a wide variety of sizes.
VIDEO: Exclusive Home Tour
I’m a big fan of these bins because they are extremely sturdy and have attachable wheels that do not fall off (unlike other bins). I’ve used them for snack bins in the pantry or for storing bulk stuff in the garage or laundry room. You’ll have to find the exact size you need but you won’t be disappointed.
VIDEO: Pantry Organization
I hang pot holders on the inside of my kitchen cabinets using these hooks. Because the tape is so sticky and heavy-duty, the hook won’t fall off.
I use these dividers to store my flat baking sheets and cutting boards vertically which means I never have to deal with annoying stacks of pans. Little things like this, make my life easier (and will probably make yours too!).
VIDEO: Exclusive Home Tour
This is definitely one of my new favorite drawer organizing products. The mat on the bottom and the dividers keep all the utensils in place. No more utensils sliding around and no more overstuffed drawers! They also work in other drawers in the bathroom, office, tool boxes, etc. They’re fully adjustable and they come in pretty colors.
VIDEO: Kitchen Drawer Organizer
If I had to pick my favorite kitchen product, I’d pick these. I’m obsessed with these dividers. Traditionally you are supposed to use them vertically but I like to ‘think outside the box’ and use them horizontally, stacked or even cris-crossed. Another amazing product.

If you have a swing door in your pantry, hang a door rack for extra storage. I love this one because the baskets are adjustable and extremely sturdy unlike others I’ve tried. Adding a door rack to the pantry is great for storing extra canned goods, condiments, etc.
VIDEO: Pantry Organization
There are so many tiered shelves on the market. This is the only one I use because it fits large sized soup cans (you know what I mean, those large cans whole tomatoes come in) in addition to small cans. This is also the sturdiest one, which means it won’t wobble.
VIDEO: Exclusive Home Tour
I love turning this thing! Why? It turns beautifully and never gets stuck. This 16″ lazy susan fits most pantries with 16+” shelves. Another amazing product for the pantry.
VIDEO: Pantry Organization
This is the best 10″ lazy susan which works well in upper kitchen cabinets that are typically 11″ in depth. I use this lazy susan in my pantry for storing spices – works wonderfully (and is fun to spin!).
VIDEO: Exclusive Home Tour
This is the best 18″ lazy susan which works well in lower or corner kitchen cabinets. Its spins extremely easily and never gets stuck unlike other lazy susans. This one also works well if you have 16″ deep elfa pantry shelves (even though the lazy susan is 18″ and the shelf is 16″, it works perfectly on lower shelves – trust me!)
If the doors in your home are reallllllly tall, you’ll appreciate this really long (hard to find) over-the-door hook. It’s made for doors like yours!
These are the door pockets I use in my bathroom for hair accessories and small items. I love these door pockets because not only are they the perfect size for small items, but they come in pretty colors and designs to match any space.
VIDEO: My Favorite Over-the-Door Door Pockets
I use contact paper for everything BUT it’s intended purpose!! I love using this sticky paper (which by the way, really sticks!) behind shelves to add pops of the color. This is the exact design/color contact paper I use on the wall in my linen closet.

These shoe boxes are perfect not only for shoes, but anything that fits inside. I must have around 80 of these in my home since you can essentially organize ANYTHING inside. These bins pair well with my photo labels.
VIDEO: Exclusive Home Tour
I use these stackable storage shelves in my craft closet. I keep craft supplies in plastic bins that I keep on these shelves. You can also use them to store shoes and shoe boxes.
VIDEO: Craft Closet Organization
These are the dividers I used to create sections inside my elfa drawers. They are cut-to-size and work perfectly in any space you want divide. I’m totally obsessed with my underwear, sock, and tank top drawer thanks to these dividers.
VIDEO: Dresser Drawer Organizing.
If you’ve ever wondered how retail stores get the “perfect” fold in shirts and pants, look no further. The secret is folding with the “Flip & Fold.” Not only do they make a “normal” size, but they make a small size for folding kiddie clothes. VIDEO: How To Fold T-Shirts
This jewelry bag is great for storing small jewelry such as rings, earrings or even pendants. It can also be used in the bathroom for storing pony tail holders and bobby pins or in the craft closet for storing small gift tags.
VIDEO: Gift Tag Organization
These are the same drawer dividers from the kitchen section, except shorter and taller (these are the bedroom sized ones made for dressers). Again, a must have in any drawer since they don’t slide or move when put into place properly.
I use these shelf dividers to separate everything including towels, sheets, file folders, notebooks, envelopes, etc. They are excellent, extremely sturdy, and can even be flipped upside-down for taller stacks. They work well on any normal sized wood shelf.
I use these door pockets for my shoes in my own closet. I prefer a fabric shoe pocket over clear PVC because you don’t always want to ‘see’ your dirty shoes. The shoe will always ‘peak out’ at the top so you will always know what’s inside the pocket even though it’s not clear.
I love these door pockets. I have them hanging on four doors in my own home. I use them for cords, closet accessories, cosmetics, and utility items. These are best ones on the market because they hang straight and the pockets are sturdy and clear so you can see what is in inside.
VIDEO: Over-The-Door Storage
I use file accordion’s for mostly receipts, both personal and business in the home office. This is my favorite. Why? Because the tabs are color-coded in rainbow order, obviously
Believe it or not I’ve tried probably every type of tackle box on the market. This is by far my favorite SMALL tackle box. The dividers are adjustable, the clasps are tight, and the box opens and shuts perfectly (unlike others!).
I keep all my taxes in this box because the dividers allow me to separate different tax returns supporting documents. Everything stays put and doesn’t slide around or fall over.
These tabs are great for color-coding the contents of your binders. I love the bright colors and they’re easy to stick on the top of your pages or dividers.

These are the binders I always use for my organizing projects. They come in bright, fun colors and have rubber seams that don’t rip like most binders!

I’m totally out-of-sight, out-of mind so when it comes to planning projects and jotting down ideas, I need to SEE to remember. These are the whiteboards we use in the alejandra.tv office!

This tiered mail sorter helps you see the names of the folders so you can quickly and easily file all your mail into the appropriate folder.

Color-coding your organizing systems is super easy when you use these dot stickers. Just use a dot on the item and another of the same color where it belongs. It also works with boxes when moving.

I’m such a poly-envelope snob- I only use certain ones. These pass my test! They are amazing quality (not flimsy at all!) and have a nice snap in place! They also stack really well when stacked (again, really nice quality).
VIDEO: How I Organize My Stickers
I tried 7 different tackle boxes for containing my batteries and this is the only one that worked! Why? This is the only one I could find (in a good size) that has flat sides for labeling (you can’t label sides that have ridges in them like most tackle boxes do). Awesome tackle box for containing batteries!

I’m not big into taking pictures but still have LOTS of printed photos from the 90s and early 2000. I use this photo box to store and organize all of my photos. The best part about it are the clear mini containers for sorting photos into categories.
VIDEO: How I Store Photos
Wires and cords that hang/dangle bother me like no other! These adhesive hooks hold cords against the wall in place. The best part about them are the various sizes they come in and the adhesive on the back that is removable without damaging most surfaces (furniture, walls, etc).
This is the exact gift bag holder I use in my house. It’s meant to be hung on a closet rod, however, I hang it on an over-the-door hook. The pockets are sturdy and I love how you can see all of the bags at the same time since the material is clear PVC.
VIDEO: Organizing Gift Bags
This is the bottom part to the gift wrap holder I use. When combined with the top part and mounted to the wall, gift wrap is extremely easy to access and the ends do not get torn or ripped.
VIDEO: Gift Wrap Organizer
There are tons of gift wrap organizers. However, I have found that most of them do not work effectively nor make it easy to retrieve the gift wrap. I use a two part organizer mounted to the wall to contain my gift wrap (it’s seriously the best ever!). This is the top part.
VIDEO: Gift Wrap Organizer
This is the magazine rack I use inside my own home office. I like it because it allows me to only store 15 magazines at any given time. I use the one-in, one-out rule with my magazines. It works perfectly.
VIDEO: Exclusive Home Tour
There are a plethora of drawer bins on the market. My favorite ones are these mesh ones. They come in various sizes and you can store all of your favorite office supplies from pens to staples to sticky notes. They also work well in kitchen drawers for small kitchen gadgets.
VIDEO: Exclusive Home Tour
These are the freestanding drawers I use in my home office, pantry, bathroom, garage, and Ed’s closet. There is a reason why I have so many- they are simply the BEST! The drawers slide like butter and come in different widths, depths, and heights. Yes, they are pricey but will literally last a lifetime.
VIDEO: Post-It Note Organization
Okay, these wheels are AMAZING! Set aside any skepticism you have on “adhesive”- these bad boys actually stick and don’t come off. You can add these wheels to laundry bins, furniture, safes, or anything you wish had wheels (they hold up to 200 lbs). One of the best products ever.
VIDEO: Self-Adhesive Wheels
I’ve tried every hanging file folder on the market, these are the best ones. They are extremely sturdy and won’t tear or rip if the weight is too heavy. They come in seven different colors and have matching interior file folders. By far, my favorite file folders.
VIDEO: Best File Folders
This is the filing cart I use in my home office. It’s the BEST filing cart. Since I’m a visual person, I like to keep everything ‘out’ so I know what I have. I also love this cart because the wheels slide incredibly smoothly. Available in both letter and legal size.
VIDEO: Favorite Filing Cart
This is the exact filing system I use inside my own home. It’s the only filing system I recommend since its easy to use and requires little ongoing maintenance. It works wonderfully if you follow it correctly.
VIDEO: Color-Coded Filing System
I’ve used this paper sorter project after project without fail. The trays slide out nicely, there is a place for a label and they are even stackable. I love this sorter.
I have these things all over my house in every nook and cranny! They are adhesive and you can stick them anywhere to prevent a cord from falling down when unplugged. They come in multiple colors.
These are my favorite dividers for binders. Not only are they color-coded, high-quality, have a table of contents page to label, but they come in various sizes and tabs. The “extra-wide” version are hard to find but are the perfect size for using in a binder with poly-envelopes or page protectors.
VIDEO: Recipe Organization
If you hate binders, this “binder” is for you. It’s similar to a binder, minus the rings (therefore no hole punching necessary). You basically just “shove” the papers inside the appropriate section and then close the “binder” with the elastic band. Ideal for kids (and adults!) who don’t like binders.
These poly envelopes are the perfect solution because they hold heavy manuals and packets of information in the sturdy sleeve and keep them in with a velcro clasp. The ones I have aren’t available online, but these are the most similar ones I can find.

This is the makeup cart I featured in my makeup organization video. I loooooove it! It’s super handy for rolling around the bathroom & it’s tiered so it holds lots of stuff. It reminds me of those mobile stations at the nail salon!
These organizers add even more storage to your bathroom cabinets by containing your frequently used items right on the door where they’re easy to grab.
VIDEO: Bathroom Organization
These are the bins I use under my bathroom cabinet. They are seriously the best ever because they maximize vertical space and they work perfectly around the annoying bathroom pipe under the sink! #win!
VIDEO: Bathroom Organization
If you need a laundry cart, you have to buy commercial grade so it won’t wobble or have parts falling off (I learned this the hard way). Although this one is pricier than others, it’ll last a lifetime.

Talk about suction cups that actually stick! These suction cups are power-locked and are hard to remove when stuck. I’ve used them to hold my shower caddy in place for 3 years and NOT once have they fallen down.
VIDEO: Cool Shower Trick
I have two of these valets near my laundry area to air-dry wet laundry. These valets allow the clothes to dry in the right shape while on hangers to minimize wrinkles. They also save space by folding upright along the wall when not in use.
VIDEO: Exclusive Home Tour
I use this product under my kitchen sink and bathroom to maximize space. It’s adjustable to fit most cabinets and around the annoying pipes under the sink. Clever invention that really works!
Under the sink storage can be tricky. I’ve installed these gliders (drawers) under my sink and they work perfectly for my needs. They do make taller drawers to maximize your space; you’ll have to measure your space accordingly and see what fits.
VIDEO: Bathroom Organizing
This product is so cool, it’s a shower curtain with storage. However, I use it as the curtain liner and store extra bars of soap, my hair brush and comb. It also works well for storing kids’ bath toys.
VIDEO: Shower Organizing
Deep spaces are tough to organize. The trick is using stackable bins with handles so you can easily access contents at the bottom. These are the bins I use in my ever-so-deep, deep freezer. They work beautifully!

If you want a sturdy crate that folds perfectly when not in use, these are the ones for you. They come in multiple colors and “snap” into place making them my favorite crates on the market.

Cars are hard to keep organized, period. This organizer holds a good amount of stuff (has lots of pockets) and can be used in both the front seat or back seat (slips over the headrest).
If you know me, you know I love using door pockets inside the house to corral various items. These door pockets are made specifically for the garage (can be used in the car too). Great quality, durable, and easy to wipe clean. Perfect for sports gear, tools, or to contain items in the trunk of your car.
If you need a laundry cart, you have to buy commercial grade so it won’t wobble or have parts falling off (I learned this the hard way). Although this one is pricier than others, it’ll last a lifetime.

This magazine is awesome! It gives fresh ideas on how to organize spaces, introduces you to products you probably haven’t seen, and has organizing tips that can actually be applied to your life (not unrealistic or common tips you see elsewhere). It’s definitely worth a read.
This is the timer I use to keep myself on track while doing laundry. It shows how much time is left for the washer and dryer cycles, which helps you avoid wasting time by keeping the wash moving. Great for laundromats.

This timer will change the way you think about time and is an essential tool for staying organized and productive. This is the 3″ model which is easy to travel with.
Most kids hate clean-up time. This nifty organizer actually makes clean-up easy (and fun). It’s an organizer and activity mat in one. Once you’re done playing, just swoop up the mat (with the pieces in it) and you’re done. It’s literally that e.a.s.y.!
This folding tool will help you teach your kids how to keep their clothes organized. It’s designed to be the just the right size for their smaller clothes.

This book will allow your children to glean lessons on the good habits of organizing and team work. In this story, the room shared by Brother and Sister bear is a mess because instead of working together, the cubs argue over who should tidy it up.

Everyone hates a wobbly table. These wedges instantly “level” any wobbly table, piece of furniture, or appliance. Fits any size gap and can be stacked for “bigger” wobbles! I keep one of these in my purse for wobbly tables at restaurants!

Everyone needs to have these. They (no joke) help you move heavy furniture weighing up to 3200 lbs. All you do is put these things under the thing you’re moving (works on both carpet and hardwoods) and simply push (they slide like butter!). One of the greatest “organizing” inventions yet.
