DIY Rag Holder = Goldfish Box + Duct Tape
To make this simple homemade organizer, I took a large gold fish box that I got at the grocery store (from buying gold fish in bulk.) The box has a nice flap right at the top. Next, I covered the box in camouflage duct tape to make it nice and strong (and to make it a color.) Then I just put all of my old rags in the box (you could also use the box to store plastic bags under the sink or trash bags.) And now, I will put this rag box in my garage so Ed and I can have easy access to all of our rags!
If you don’t want to use big box like I used, you can also use a tissue box. It is the same concept, there is the opening at the top of the box where you can pull out your rags, it’s just a smaller box.
