Alejandra's Favorite Organizing Products
Below you will find a list of my favorite organizing products that I’ve compiled in the 12 years of working as a professional organizer. I recommend not purchasing organizing products until you learn the decluttering & organizing processes. Please note that while some of the links below are affiliate links and we are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites, all of the products listed I have personally purchased, I use in my home, and absolutely LOVE! One of my core values is authenticity and I would never recommend a product for the sake of earning a commission. If a product is listed below, it has passed my rigorous testing!
Cleaning Supplies
-
Easy-to-Use Maker’s Mop
This is the mop I use to clean our wood floors! It’s easy to use in that it slides nicely on the floor with its 360 degree pivot head! It has attachable microfiber
Morepads that you place on the bottom. The pads are removable and machine-washable!
-
Glass Microfiber Cloth
This is the microfiber cloth I use for cleaning glass and mirrors. Even after multiple washes, the cloth remains thick, soft, and super durable!

All-Purpose Microfiber Cloth
These are the microfiber cloths I use for dusting, wiping counters, cleaning the floor, etc.. They are EXCELLENT and come in fun colors! Even after multiple washes they
Moreremain thick, soft, and super durable!
-
Large-Size Cleaning Caddy
This is the caddy I use to corral all of my cleaning supplies in which I bring bathroom to bathroom! It’s large enough to hold a roll of paper towels and there is just enough
Morespace to hold all of my cleaning tools! It’s also divided so things stay nice and contained!
-
Shower Scrubber for Grout / Edges
This is the scrub brush I use for cleaning the grout lines and edges in the shower. It’s my favorite scrubber for the shower! It’s thin enough to reach small places but
Morethick enough to feel durable when you scrub hard!
-
Toilet Brush Cleaner
This is the toilet brush I have in my cleaning caddy. It’s basic, it’s one of the cheapest ones on the market, it has a mini brush at the top for cleaning the rim of
Morethe toilet, and it just plain works! The only “con” about this brush is that it doesn’t clean the toilet for you, haha 🙂 This is the latest version of the one that I use.
-
Microfiber Sponge
If this sponge was a pillow, it would be a “down pillow” since it tends to stay in place when you push down on it! This is my all-time favorite sponge! There is something
Moreabout this sponge that is just so soft, flexible, and easy to use (it’s probably because it’s made of microfiber!). Once you use this, you will see why it’s so great! 🙂
-
Soap Dispenser & Sponge Holder
This is the soap dispenser and sponge holder I use at the kitchen sink. I searched forever to find a dispenser with a good pump where the soap doesn’t get stuck…
Moreand this is it!! The soap dispenser is easy to open, easy to fill, large enough where you don’t have to constantly refill it, the pump works beautifully without getting stuck, AND it has a built-in sponge holder. This product is 5-star!!
-
Best Hooks to Hang Cleaning Tools
These are the best hooks for hanging cleaning tools in the garage and/or laundry room (e.g., mop, broom, duster, and/or anything with a handle)! The hooks are
Moreeasy-to-install, sturdy, non-slip, and can be used in two ways – hung on the hook or through the loop (and yes, when you hang something through the loop, it actually stays!!).
-
Alejandra’s Vacuum Cleaner
This is the vacuum cleaner I have. It’s my first Dyson and it’s worth every penny! Why? It actually picks up EVERYTHING you vacuum, the attachments are easy to
Moreuse, it’s great with pet hair, and the canister is extremely easy to empty without the dust and dirt flying everywhere. I have to say, it’s actually fun to vacuum when you have a good vacuum cleaner! 🙂
-
Remove Sticky Residue
If you need to remove sticky residue (e.g., gum, residue from sticker price tags, tape, etc), this is the solution for you! GooGone literally wipes away sticky residue in a
Morecouple of swipes. It also works for removing crayon, lipstick, mascara, oil, blood, grease, and shoe polish. If you don’t need a big bottle of this, Dollar Tree sells a mini version for $1 🙂
