This mop is so easy to use and clean. I love the swivel mop head. I can really get into the corners now. This mop is so much better than any other mop out there. The Best period..

Why?

I loved my mop for two months. Then one day I took it out of my closet and I could no longer adjust the handle long or short. Absolutely stuck in one position, not possible for me to move or for my husband. I wrote Maker's clean two times asking for help, nicely, politely. I like her, I was not ugly about it. BUT - I never got a response from either comment. And that is not nice. That is not good customer service. Five stars for the mop, one star for customer service.

Great cleaning tool

I took a chance after watching a few videos. Our new home has all hardwood and tile flooring. I found the maker's mop perfect for cleaning and scrubbing after the builders left and it will be great for weekly cleaning. I like the reusable washable pads- we have rough hewn flooring and the heavy duty pad left zero lint. Love it. I also like that I can use it to wipe and dust walls and hard to reach spots.
