Soooo much of organizing involves taking a step back and trying to decide like me with this closet here!!!
If you find yourself stuck in a rabbit hole trying to make a decision (yet not making progress), one option to end the agony is simply picking the option that FEELS GOOD. See how it works for a week, then go from there.
Another option is to take the pressure off yourself and remove all expectations to have things a certain way and simply focus your time & energy on making the space FUNCTIONAL! As time permits, improve the space.
Luckily, getting organized doesn’t require any key decisions that will majorly affect your life!
Instead, we’re just arranging objects that can usually be re-arranged IF we find something isn’t working efficiently!
And who knows… maybe the decision you pick the first time around WILL work out beautifully!
You can’t go wrong either way (except doing yourself a disservice and NOT making a decision)!
How do you make decisions when it comes to getting organized?
