How I Track My Exercise Routine
This year I’m committing myself to more days at the gym! And one way I’m making it fun (because I need things to be fun!) is using fun themed stickers each month to track my exercise days!
This month I’m using snowflake stickers, next month I’ll use hearts, March I’ll use clovers, etc, etc, etc. The change in sticker each month keeps it fun and interesting! Anyone else feel like they need things to be FUN in order to do them?!
This might sound silly to some, but it works for my personality. It’s all about finding what works for YOU!
