My Next Victim...

This closet is my next victim! But first, I need your input. My goal is to organize this small bedroom closet with a really small budget (things from the dollar store, thrift store, things I find on Craigslist or freecycle, things I make or reuse from around the house, etc) while maximizing space. What do you think the budget should be for this project? I’m planning to film a video when I’m done.
