Can 3 minutes really change your day?  Lets take a look at your already busy morning.

Does this sound familiar at all?

All It Takes is 3 Minutes

All It Takes is 3 Minutes

Monday morning, the morning you should be the most organized since you just had the whole weekend to prepare, but, your son needs his gym shorts, (they happen to still be in the washer, oops!  now they are going to smell)

Dad can’t find his keys, (my bet is they are still in the pocket of his jeans, you know, the ones shoved under the bed).

Your daughter reminds you of the bake-sale after school that you promised to bring cookies for, (too late for your good intentions of homemade, here I come grocery store).

And you, you were hoping for a raise at work this month, but you’re late for that meeting with your boss…again.

Or maybe, you woke up late this morning because you went to bed at midnight instead of 10:30PM.

Now, I know what you’re thinking.  How can I possibly fit 3 more minutes into my morning?  Right?

I’m telling you yes, you can!  There are 1440 minutes in a day and you CAN set aside 3 of them, if you make time.

Doing this one little thing will start your day off with a productive flair that can carry you through the rest of your busy day.

All it takes is 3 minutes in the morning. It’s called making your bed!

Plus, you’ll be glad you made your bed when its time to go to sleep at night. Why? Because it feels so much better getting into a “made” bed at night than a messy bed with sheets and blankets scrunched at the bottom.

So, tomorrow, when you slide off of your side of the bed and your feet touch the floor, wham!  Yep, right then.  Grab those sheets and pull them up and take a couple of minutes to start your day off on the right foot.

Sweet dreams,

Pink Signature
