I LOVE reading motivational quotes. Here’s a quick glimpse at my “motivational wall” in my home office. The quote cards are made by Quotable Cards (if you love good quotes and bright colors, they have the coolest stuff!) What motivates you? Leave a comment or create a video response below!

Hi guys. It’s Alejandra. And I’m sitting in front of my motivation wall right behind me. I’m going to show you guys all the pictures behind me in just a minute. But I want to just tell you why I have this, why I think it’s awesome to have inside your house and just show you what mine looks like.

Creating a Motivation Wall with Your Favorite Quotes

So this is the wall that my desk faces. So when I’m sitting on my desk in front of my computer, I see this wall like right in front of me as I’m typing emails, as I’m thinking of organizing tips and video ideas, and so forth. And I like to have it in front of me because let’s face, not every day is the best day of your life, right? Let’s be honest. There are bad days. There are going to be days when like maybe you had hope to achieve a certain goal and it didn’t happen or something didn’t go as planned or there has been a delay or whatever reason.

But it’s nice to be able to look around you and just read encouraging words and know that everything is going to be OK down the road or tomorrow or in the next hour or so or whatever. So that’s why I set it up. I wanted to be surrounded by encouraging words. And I picked these pictures. They’re made by Quotables. It’s like quotablecards.com I think.

I picked these pictures because not only are they encouraging but it’s really colorful. So it matched like the décor and theme inside my home office. So let me grab the camera and show you guys exactly what the sayings say and why I like them.

But really, the point of the video is if you don’t have a motivation wall or you need motivation to get started, I suggest, maybe you don’t have to dedicate a whole wall to it but grab a bulletin board, grab like a section of the wall and just put up stuff that’s going to motivate you, encourage you, inspire you to continue your journey or to pick up when times are hard. It works for me. It works for a lot of people I know. And I just think it’s awesome to have. So let me grab the camera and show you guys exactly what these pictures are.

So this is my motivation wall. There are nine quotes here. See, they’re all really fun and colorful and when I look at this wall, I just want to smile because of all the pretty colors and the encouraging words. Let me just read some of them to you. So this one is, “All in good time.” I like that one.

Creating a Motivation Wall with Your Favorite Quotes

My favorite quote is right in the middle and says, “Find your purpose and fling your life out to it. Find a way or make one. Try with all your might. Self-made or never made.” I love that one. That’s my favorite one. I also have that same magnet.

“Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift.” I think a lot of you guys have probably heard that one.

“May a happy star always light your path!”

“Do not go where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.”

“Life is like an ever shifting kaleidoscope. A slight change and all patterns alter.” I like that one.

And then this one, “Always remember your brilliance.” That’s so true.

So anyways, this is my motivation wall. It faces my desk and I just love it because it’s encouraging. If you don’t have anything inside your house that you can look at for motivation or encouragement or inspiration, I suggest doing something like this. Again, you don’t need a whole wall but maybe just like a bulletin board or a small section of a wall and just cut and stick something to your wall and next time you’re having a hard time picking up, you’re picking yourself up, or continuing or whatever, you’re starting, it’s tough then just look at your wall and you can really get encouragement or you can watch this video and look at my cards, if that helps. It helps me.

OK. So I will see you guys soon. Bye!
