I love organizing with pegboards because you can move the pegs around as the contents change making it super flexible. In the picture below, I corralled all of my ribbon, scissors, measuring tape, and other random office supplies on this pegboard above my desk. If you look closely, you’ll see the ribbon is hung using shish kabob sticks on pegs! Random idea that randomly popped into my head.
Was the pegboard easy to install? Egh, yes and no. It was my first time installing a pegboard so it took longer than it should, but in the end it was worth it. Not only can you use pegboards in the home office or craft room but you can use them in the closet for jewelry/accessories, in the garage for tools or even in the kitchen/pantry for cooking utensils.
Can you tell how easy it is to remove things from the hooks?! LOVE pegboards. Total cost of this project was under $10 for the pegboard plus the cost of pegs (varies according to the peg size).
